JA Titan Business Strategy Competition 2023

JA Titan® is a simulation-based program in which high school students compete as business CEOs in the phone industry, experiencing firsthand how an organization evaluates alternatives, makes decisions, analyzes the outcomes of those decisions, and then strategizes what to do next. (Grades 9-12) The blended model comprises 11 sessions that include tutorial sessions, game-play strategy sessions, a competition session, and deep dive sessions. Participants complete a minimum of 5 sessions, in any order. An optional event or in-class competition may be included.

The next generation of business leaders throughout our community display their business savvy as they are given complete control to manage and operate their own virtual business through the JA Titan online simulation program. Success depends on how well they manage their company's key decisions. The teams are challenged to outperform the competition in profit, sales, and market share. Business decisions made during the competition impact and are impacted by the other companies in the industry.

Winning teams are awarded prizes based on their virtual company's Performance Index at the end of multiple simulated business quarters.
